Arouba was born in most beautiful place on this earth, Kashmir (India). She always knew she will be on the path of spirituality since she was 7 years old. She has been practicing, studying and teaching yoga, pilates & meditation for most of her life. With a background in physiotherapy (Diploma holder), she encourage students to move more mindfully, helping them to be more aware of their habits of body and mind.
