Biography : Hildur is a dedicated teacher and student of yoga. Originally from Iceland, she lives in Norway and teaches yoga part-time while working in the field of Social Sciences. Having practiced yoga for many years, she undertook a 200 level Teacher Training in Transformational Hatha Yoga in Lagonissi, Greece in 2014, continuing with a Prenatal certification in Pondicherry, India in 2015.
