Biography : Ambika Chadha is a dynamic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings her energy and humour to every class she teaches. Ambika began her practice of yoga in school and has been regularly doing it ever since. She worked for 10 years in banking and media industries, then left her corporate life to pursue her passion and love of yoga. She currently lives with family in Singapore and is committed to bring to her students the deeper potential yoga has to offer. She loves to dedicate her time and energy in helping people to be physically and emotionally healthy and happy. Biography : Maria is an Argentine-American living in South East Asia. She attended medical school in Argentina, where she also received certification as a massage therapist. Her attention moved from health to education in 2006 when she was certified as an English teacher. She moved to Malaysia to undergo a PhD in Sustainable Development in 2009 and sought her yoga teaching certificate from the SriMa School of Transformational Yoga in Pondicherry, India. A musician as well, Maria stayed in India to study at a music academy where she taught Yoga for Musicians. The next stop for this traveller is Singapore where she will be organizing Transformational Yoga workshops over the summer. Her vast and varied experience lends Maria an interesting approach to teaching people of all ages and from all walks of life.
