Biography :
Adela is passionate about Yoga and even more passionate about sharing Yoga with others. Adela is recognized and certified by Yoga Alliance India and Yoga-Alliance-International, RYT-500 Master Level Instructor. Adela is also a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor from Atma Jagriti Research, Training and Healing Foundation, New Delhi, India. Adela has been practicing Yoga for 10 years. She moved to India from USA in 2009 and just as soon as she settled in she spent most of her time learning Yoga and Yoga Philosophy in New Delhi, India under the direct guidance and discipleship of Swami Vidyananda- Founder and President of SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga, Yoga-Alliance-India and Yoga-Alliance-International. Adela spent 2.5 years under his apprentice and completed more than 3400 hours of in class Yoga training in addition to several hundred hours of Yoga Philosophy. Adela’s true passion for Yoga led her to teach at SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga and taught Yoga to the Summer Class of 2010 to students from all around the world. Today, Adela teaches in Dubai Marina, UAE.

Jaya (Yogini Jaya) is the Founder of YogaSpace in UAE. Born in New Delhi, India, and introduced to the practice of Yoga and study of Sanskrit at the age of 6, Jaya went on to do her Masters in Philosophy, with special focus on Indian Philosophical Systems. She is a Gold Medalist from the prestigious Delhi University. Having balanced a successful corporate career in the fields of Corporate Training, Online Marketing and Management with her love for Yoga, she finds that her true passion lies in the study and teaching of Yoga and Philosophy. Jaya’s journey as a Yoga teacher began in 2003 and she has trained with various Yoga schools in India. Her teaching style has evolved over the years to incorporate elements from all aspects of her Hatha Yoga training. In addition, Jaya is a 500 hour Master level teacher of Transformational Yoga, and the only Transformational Yoga Teacher Trainer in the Middle East.
